The salad is best prepared in advanced and the Sabayon cider sauce can be served either hot or cold and is a pretty simple recipe requiring the fruits to be grilled for around 20 minutes with the sauce taking a little more effort and attention, but definitely worth the efforts. Another one of Delia's delicious recipes, and this is a very Autumnal fruit salad. Made with all good things, dried fruits, nuts and no added sugar. This dried fruit salad requires making in advanced as the fruits to soak, ideally overnight, but only requires 10 minutes work the following day, and there it is, a beautiful dried fruit salad with yummy figs, raisins, apricots and hazelnuts. Now the winner of the dish with the most ingredients, goes to this Hardcore Coleslaw! Although the method is simple enough, it does require more ingredients than you would think, but this super tasty coleslaw from the BBC is well worth it.
