These funky yellow & grey baskets can be used as flower pots and planters for indoor plants as well as being useful dressing table organisers for jewellery, and stylish desk tidies. Use yours in the bathroom for toiletries or loo rolls, or use yours as an attractive fruit bowl. 
These coloured baskets are produced by a small Kenyan weaving cooperative of around forty members, with a dedicated dye manager who oversees colour quality and consistency. Sisal grass is sourced ready-rolled and is hand-dyed in large vats and hung out to dry before a traditional twining method is used. This is a highly skilled workforce of women who have woven from a young age, having been taught by the family matriarch. Using their own tape measures helps the weavers produce the set sizes we offer.
